Every student we train—from our undergraduates, to our MDs and DOs and PhDs, to our graduate researchers, to our DPTs, to our residents and fellows—takes a little bit of this Medical School forward with them. Your investments of time, thought and compassion are magnified many times in this way. Many of you aren't formal teachers, but you are the staff who help our new students acclimate, or you organize their residency, or you train them in laboratory safety and procedures, or do any one of thousands of things to help them succeed during their time here. For all of you who are part of our educational mission and who help our students and trainees, congratulations on another academic year well done!
