Lions Gift of Sight hosted a July wet lab using donated eye tissue

Lions Gift of Sight Wet Lab

Long-term ophthalmology partners, Lions Gift of Sight, receive eye tissue from about 2,000 donors each year. While half of these gifts help restore sight through corneal transplant, the remainder help the eye bank support research and education. Wet labs are offered throughout the year to both University and community ophthalmolic surgeons. In July, the Lions hosted a wet lab for Drs.
