Department of Family Medicine and Community Health faculty members Dr. Montag-Schafer and Dr. Kate Brown worked with community partners to create an educational video on healthy eating while managing diabetes. The video is focused on the Hmong community, and partners included SoLaHmo Partnership for Health & Wellness, Chef Yia Vang, the University of Minnesota Extension, Phalen Clinic, and St. John's Family Medicine Hospital Residency Program.
