I heard a rumor that the entire Medical School is relocating to the Duluth Campus. This is not true! We are expanding that campus and have an updated bonding bill to do it, but there won't be room for all of us (sorry!), just much-needed better space for Duluth students and faculty.
One of the things I enjoy about the Scope is how the content is unpredictable. This month we have everything from a movie premiere in Los Angeles, to three of our fellows doing great in cardiovascular Jeopardy, to a prestigious career award named after a physician whose life was as legendary as his contributions to medicine (Ben Kean). There is so much good work going on in this Medical School, please take a moment (or two) to learn about your colleagues and perhaps get a mood lift in the process.
