Every year the University of Minnesota and St. Louis University hold a competition to see which healthcare team comes up with the best solutions as part of the Inter-university Interprofessional Geriatric Case Competition. This year, the Minnesota team won a close competition by keeping the focus on the patient's goals to frame the entire plan of care.
