Another school year is gearing up, and today is one of the most exhilarating, and yet humbling, days of that year. In Duluth and in Minneapolis, our Medical School class of 2027 will gather to take the first step together to recognize their commitment as future physicians. I would encourage you to take a look at the pictures coming out of the events. The looks on the students' faces as they receive their white coats is always something to look forward to. At the same time, it also reminds me of the responsibility we carry toward all we serve through education: undergraduates, medical students, graduate students, post-docs, residents and fellows. Let's give all our students and learners a warm and supportive start to their school year!
